Tubular augers are ideal in those processes that require a certain level of air-tightness and to minimize the recoil of the products to be conveyed.
One of its main characteristics and advantages – in contrast to other types of conveyors – lies in its cylindrical and very airtight form, which allows it to function without problem at very steep inclinations. With certain products, a tubular auger can elevate in a fully vertical manner.
Due to their characteristics, they are very suitable for spaces that are too confined and difficult to reach for conventional conveyors. Depending on the length of the equipment, they can incorporate different types of intermediate supports for long distances.
